Nutritional Value:-

Preparation
Mix 2 teaspoon of Barley with 3 tablespoonfuls of water (50 ml) to make a thin paste. Boil two glasses of water and slowely add the paste, while stirring. Continue boiling for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Sugar or lime juice can be used to flavour, if necessary.
